I visited Aqua seeking help in healing an injured hamstring muscle I obtained playing in a softball tournament. Being an avid long distance runner, I was unable to train for an upcoming race due to the nature of the injury. My pain levels were high and my range of motion in the hamstring was severely limited. Aqua examined me thoroughly and quickly determined the course of treatment. She had excellent knowledge of the body to determine where my injury occurred and abnormalities in other muscle regions that lead to the injury. She was able to get me back running following two treatment sessions and fully recovered after four. About three years ago I was confirmed to have an anatomically shorter leg. I was most likely born with it. By my 40s this leg length discrepancy resulted in structural changes of my body that rotated my pelvis, twisted my torso and misaligned the head.
I was a fitness trainer back then and was very physically active. Exercises of various modalities, foam rolling and stretching routines were parts of my daily life. But despite all my knowledge in musculoskeletal anatomy and corrective exercise, my best efforts to combat the results of my condition could not fully address the changes in my posture and joints misalignment. I decided to try adding a manual fascia release and went to different massage therapists hoping that I would find someone able to understand my needs. Well, to find such a specialist did not seem very likely. All massage therapists I went to nodded their heads when I mentioned fascia and what is going on with mine, but in reality they did not have the actual knowledge nor the skill to work with my requests.
This is when I started looking for a massage therapist who would extend their professional advancement beyond massage school basics and go into the latest findings and methods. Having very little hope to find one, I came across Frisco Massage Therapy and Aqua Webb. Her education, work philosophy and approach seemed to be what I was looking for, and I was right!
It has been over 2 years since I started trusting my muscles, joints and fascia to Aqua's skilled and caring hands. Nothing but professionalism, attention to my needs and the highest quality of service is what I get at Frisco Massage Therapy every single time.
Regular sessions with Aqua allow me to participate in my favorite classical ballet classes, week after week trust my body and handle the physical demands, as well as properly recover after.

Five years ago I was experiencing chronic hip pain as well as tightness in my neck which was causing frequent severe headaches. My husband did some research, found Aqua, and purchased a gift certificate for me for Mother’s Day. It may be the best gift he has ever given me. Aqua took time to really listen to my story and determine what was causing my pain. I asked questions while she was working on me, and discovered how incredibly knowledgeable she is in her field and how dedicated she is to her craft. After 3 massages I was relatively pain-free for the first time in years. Following the initial series of massages, I would schedule appointments when the discomfort got to be too much. Aqua is truly the best there is. I had injured my back, could barely walk, Aqua fit me in as soon as she could and completely changed my life. Aqua is very professional, and possibly the sweetest woman you will ever meet. Her room is top notch and always clean. She almost immediately figured our what the source of my problems were and focused on those areas for me. I've never had anyone that could massage me with the firmness I like, and she has definitely got that strength in her! She can also turn it around and be very gentle. I started working with Veronica almost two years ago and have been very pleased with her level of service and attention. My inflammation has been greatly reduced and my flexibility has improved. I have even extended my session to 90 minutes so she would have more time to target some of my problem areas.

I had total knee replacement surgery and developed complications in my quads and glutes which were very painful. After a 90 minute session with Veronica, the pain was greatly reduced. She took the time to understand my issue and discuss the treatment. Definitely worth a repeat visit.

My appointment was for manual lymphatic drainage and Veronica was incredible. The office was clean, convenient and comfortable. We started on time. The treatment was relaxing and Veronica was responsive to my particular needs. Different types of massage are available and they offer some availability on Saturdays. Will be going back!

Veronica was so caring and attentive to my needs. She took the time to discuss with me exactly what problems I was having, and what areas I was having issues with. I could not be more pleased with how much better I felt after one session with her. Sciatica is extremely painful to say the least. I was in so much pain when I walked in and I know the pain will not go away overnight, and it does take time. However, I will say the next day, I was a bit sore, but it was a good sore if that sounds crazy. By the third day after, I had most of my mobility back in my left leg. Although it acts up every now and again, I can say it was nothing like before I went in to see her. I have a follow-up appointment with her in a couple of weeks, and I cannot wait. Veronica even called me a few days after my appointment to check in to see how I was doing and I can not thank her enough for taking the time to reach out. Absolutely excellent service and would highly recommend to anyone.

I'm so glad I'm a client of this business! I have been in marathon training for a little over a year and Aqua has been my massage therapist during this period. She has been outstanding. What makes her special is she treats massage as a craft and she is constantly improving herself as a serious craftsperson would. She has exceptional understanding of anatomy and is an obvious student of massage techniques, with many years of experience and study under her belt. Simply put, she is a massage therapist who operates at an extremely high level of execution. The only bummer is that the secret is out and she books out weeks if not months in advance. However knowing her, I'm sure that the other therapists are also outstanding.

Even though I had abdominal surgery, she had pillows for support and made sure I was comfortable during the treatment. I have had many massages, but Adriana by far has been the best!! She is so skilled, caring and excellent at her job. Frisco Massage Therapy's suite is clean and very well sanitized. Several years ago I was fortunate to first receive massage therapy from Aqua. I have received absolutely outstanding treatment from her every single time I have visited. She honestly is a very gifted therapist and I am thankful for the great treatment she provides. I live with chronic pain, both from birth related spine issues as well as many years sports and construction work in my earlier years. The days I receive treatment I'm blessed with a small reprieve from that pain and am able to recover both physically and mentally. Bottom line is Aqua is hands down the best therapist I have ever had the pleasure of seeing.

I am a middle aged person with chronic back pain. Through regular sessions with Aqua, I have been able to significantly increase my mobility while simultaneously reducing my pain. Aqua is very professional, and her office is probably the cleanest place in Frisco. I mention this because I greatly appreciate her rigorous health and safety protocols (which were in place well before the COVID crisis). I am an aging athlete who has dealt with leg muscle pain for a long time. When my sleep started to suffer because of the aches, I decided to book an appointment with Aqua. After a couple of sessions, I could feel a positive difference. My muscle issues have been unraveled enough where I can do my own maintenance with a foam roller to stay out of pain. I highly recommend Aqua and her skilled hands.

I have suffered from chronic back pain for nearly 10 years now and have never felt better after a massage than I did after my session at Massage Reflection. It was very refreshing to experience a massage where I was questioned about my history of issues and then to have not only a massage that targeted all of my problem areas but to leave with tips and information on things I can do on a daily basis to help with those issues. Past massages have left me feeling good for 24 hours but I am a week removed from my massage and still feel just as great. Very thankful for this experience and I encourage everyone who is suffering from any kind of body ailment to try this out. You will not be disappointed!

I was referred to Aqua Webb by my functional medicine doctor and I can't thank her enough for the referral! Aqua has been able to find, relieve and release hidden imbalances no other massage therapist has been able to accomplish and as a result I feel better than I have in many years. Ever since Aqua received certification in Myoskeletal Alignment Therapy she has been using this practice to address my back issues. After the first session I immediately felt a difference in the range of my back, quads and glutes, my entire lower body. This was noticed 2 days after during an extensive leg work out and I was able to fully engage a squat and up my weight progressively without any pain. With continued stretching I was able to maintain this.

Having just moved to Texas, a very stressful time, my dear daughter gifted me with a series of messages. She uses Massage Reflection and Aqua Webb came very highly recommended. After just one session I could again turn my head. Sure seemed like a miracle at the time! The second session was even better (if that was possible). I had my first session with Aqua yesterday and feel amazing. She is professional and knowledgeable like no other therapist I have visited in 25 plus years. She evaluated my body alignment before starting, gathered insight by asking me questions and then proceeded to workout virtually every knot in my shoulders, upper back and neck. She's much more than a typical massage therapist with a license in neuromuscular therapy and extensive knowledge of techniques coupled with a passion for helping clients truly improve!

Aqua was terrific! She was extremely thorough in her initial evaluation, and really worked through those pain points during our session. As an athlete I had given up on the thought of ever having a relaxing massage again- sessions were used to mend the muscles I had broken down. But Aqua not only restored my nerves and muscles back to working shape, I was at complete ease the whole time!! I would highly recommend Aqua for either a relaxing massage or a sports session. She's fantastic!

I went to Aqua with unexplained, constant pain in the bottoms of my feet and aches in various parts of my body. After two sessions with her all symptoms were completely gone...and I remained symptom-free for months. I had been to an orthopedist and physical therapy for a month before going to Aqua. I was getting better but still felt some tightness and pain around my knee. After just one deep tissue massage my knees felt better than before. She was very knowledgeable, in fact told me more about what was causing the knee issue than my doctor or the PT's. I was so impressed that I have already started recommending her and will be going back for other issues from over exercising.

Still the best massage in Frisco. Aqua and her staff are very professional and they listen to you. This is very important during the assessment and treatment process. I can literally walk upright again because of Aqua. She is a certified Neuromuscular Therapist, which is almost impossible to find anywhere else, as this type of therapy requires years of additional schooling and training. All of her staff are amazing in their own right, and the atmosphere is great too.

Over the years I have treated myself to many massages. I would definitely say Aqua's massages are one of the best. She's amazing, she finds knots that I don't even realize are there. I always leave feeling great. She's very friendly and professional. The other massage therapist she works with, Erika, is just as great. The massage was a first for my daughter and she loved it. Aqua took special care to ensure her comfort level and needs, checking in with her throughout the session, while I watched on. My massage at Massage Reflection was very satisfying and I will definitely go back again. The massage therapist applied the right amount of pressure, per my instruction, and truly performed a full body massage vs. other places, which will skip a few areas and call it a full body massage. I highly recommend Massage Reflection.

I had a great experience at Massage Reflection. The therapist was experienced and professional. I prefer light pressure, and that is exactly what I received. My massage was very relaxing, and I will definitely be returning.

Having had numerous massages due to severe low back pain, I can speak from experience when I say Aqua is one of the best in the industry. She understands the complex nature and the cause and effect of the muscular system, and how, where the pain is might not be where the problem is. She did a fantastic job and provided immediate and long lasting relief. I will be going back, that's for certain.
