I visited Aqua seeking help in healing an injured hamstring muscle I obtained playing in a softball tournament. Being an avid long distance runner, I was unable to train for an upcoming race due to the nature of the injury. My pain levels were high and my range of motion in the hamstring was severely limited. Aqua examined me thoroughly and quickly determined the course of treatment. She had excellent knowledge of the body to determine where my injury occurred and abnormalities in other muscle regions that lead to the injury. She was able to get me back running following two treatment sessions and fully recovered after four. I was extremely impressed with her genuine care and desire to help me along with her extensive medical knowledge of the body. I am thankful to have met her and refer several of my patients for her care.

We are so fortunate to have such a talented set of S tier healers here! Every one of them has extensive knowledge on how the body works and how things interrelate as a system. This isn’t a hotel resort like spa that just tries to relax you, but rather a deeply well studied somatic practice.
I first went to see Aqua a few years ago after an injury. She helped with providing immediate relief and restoring mobility. She took the time to explain what’s going on with the muscle fibers and how they interact normally vs with the injury, and showed exercises I can do at home to help with recovery. I healed so much faster in just a few sessions, and the effects were long lasting and made PT more effective.
More recently I’ve been seeing Blaire to help iron out my body and get it more smoothly operating. I have a lot of tightness built up from years of high stress, anxiety, and overworking, and didn’t even realize how bad my body took it. She’s great at identifying the root causes of problem areas and working on all the connected areas to get it back to how it should be working. If you want to see the difference, ask her to massage just one side of your body and you will book your next visit immediately.
I’ve also seen Veronica for the TMJ massage. I could not believe the relief I got in just the first session. I felt like my head was floating and I was 20 lbs lighter. I didn’t know my neck could turn and tilt that much without risk of decapitating myself. I now have a lot less headaches and jaw pain. It even made me feel more mentally clear. I love that the TMJ massage is a dedicated offering, because I, and presumably many others, hold a lot of mental tension and physical tightness in those areas, and it is difficult to get relief.
Now let me tell you about Marta. I swear she can read what’s happening in the body better than any MRI machine or CT scanner. I see her for craniosacral therapy, which is a divine experience for those that constantly live in their heads or feel disconnected from their body. She could tell what kind of emotional issues I was experiencing without me saying a word about it. The pressure is light but the impact cuts deep. While psychotherapy is critical for mental health, the somatic aspect of it doesn’t get talked about much. This is an amazing avenue to heal in that capacity, and I cannot imagine someone being better than Marta.
I can’t thank them enough for how instrumental they have been in helping restore my body, mind, and overall wellbeing. If you’re still on the fence on whether to give them a try or whether you really neeeeed a massage, it’s better to find out now rather than when you know for sure you do. Go ahead, you deserve it.

About three years ago I was confirmed to have an anatomically shorter leg. I was most likely born with it. By my 40s this leg length discrepancy resulted in structural changes of my body that rotated my pelvis, twisted my torso and misaligned the head.
I was a fitness trainer back then and was very physically active. Exercises of various modalities, foam rolling and stretching routines were parts of my daily life. But despite all my knowledge in musculoskeletal anatomy and corrective exercise, my best efforts to combat the results of my condition could not fully address the changes in my posture and joints misalignment. I decided to try adding a manual fascia release and went to different massage therapists hoping that I would find someone able to understand my needs. Well, to find such a specialist did not seem very likely. All massage therapists I went to nodded their heads when I mentioned fascia and what is going on with mine, but in reality they did not have the actual knowledge nor the skill to work with my requests.
This is when I started looking for a massage therapist who would extend their professional advancement beyond massage school basics and go into the latest findings and methods. Having very little hope to find one, I came across Frisco Massage Therapy and Aqua Webb. Her education, work philosophy and approach seemed to be what I was looking for, and I was right!
It has been over 2 years since I started trusting my muscles, joints and fascia to Aqua’s skilled and caring hands. Nothing but professionalism, attention to my needs and the highest quality of service is what I get at Frisco Massage Therapy every single time.

Five years ago I was experiencing chronic hip pain as well as tightness in my neck which was causing frequent severe headaches. My husband did some research, found Aqua, and purchased a gift certificate for me for Mother’s Day. It may be the best gift he has ever given me.
