Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and gift certificates.
For online bookings, payment details may be securely processed through Mangomint or other authorized third-party payment systems. We do not store credit card information on our website servers.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We value your time and ours. To maintain fairness to all clients and staff, please review our cancellation policy below:
- Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee (up to 100% of the scheduled service).
- No-shows will be charged the full amount of the service.
- Clients arriving late may receive a shortened session to respect subsequent appointments.
We understand emergencies happen — please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
